DMCA Takedown Policy and Procedure
yespinay.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and we expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement on our service.
Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content uploaded to yespinay.com infringes your copyright, please send a written takedown notice to our Designated DMCA Agent containing the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice);
Identification of the infringing material (including the exact URL(s) or direct link(s) to the material on yespinay.com) and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it;
Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Processing of Takedown Notices
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:
Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
Notify the user who uploaded the material and provide them with a copy of the takedown notice;
Give the user the opportunity to submit a counter-notice (see below).
Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in the Philippines and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10–14 business days that the complainant is seeking a court order, we may restore the material.
Repeat Infringers
yespinay.com will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
